Where are my videos?
On your device. DuelTag never uploads a video: an account keeps your panels, fights, tags and stats in step between your devices, not the videos.
Do I need an account?
No. DuelTag works offline without one. An account only brings your work to your other devices.
A fight says "Video not on this device".
The fight was tagged on another device, or restored from a backup. Choose the same video once: the fight keeps it from then on.
How do I move my work to a new phone?
Sign in with the same account on both, or make a full backup on Home and restore it on the new phone. Then choose each fight's video there.
How do I share a fight with another coach?
In a fight's menu, choose Share: one file, with its video or only its tags. The other coach opens it in DuelTag.
Which devices can I use?
iPhone and iPad with the app, and a PC or a Mac in a recent browser (Chrome, Edge or Safari) with the web version.
How do I delete my account?
On Home, open the account button, then Delete account. More on deleting your account.
